What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Good customer service and easy to use platforms

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With other larger payroll/HRIS companies we felt like a small fish in a big pond. Paylocity treats us like we are one of their most important customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Performance Review area

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

for a small to mid size company I would recommend Paylocity

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

They pay my people on time unlike other vendors and respond quickly to compliance issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the time off calendar. It helps me see who is here and who isn't.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Couldn't add all my plans to benefits enrollment and have had some issues with reporting

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paylocity is very self driven. You have to go in and watch all the videos to learn how to do things. If you aren't self motivated, then you will find the training difficult. Otherwise, I only have minor issues with them like reports not printing correctly etc. I'm very satisfied with them.
