The mobile app is truly great. They should have the developers of the mobile app revamp the website

Mobile app hands down

Software was glitchy lack of customer support

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

The support team was very prompt and helpful. I believe customer service was better here compared to the other portals

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was very easy to download paystubs and look at the breakup/ components of the paycheck. Also customer service was great. They were always prompt and very knowledgeable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initially when I switched from another tool to this, certain things were not very intuitive. But once I got familiar with the interface the features became more obvious

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product. Go for it!
