What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Don't have experience with competitive products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Boosts productivity. Allows for many real-life details being accounted for. Convenient in many aspects

What do you dislike most about this product?

Retirement contributions calculations don't work. Custom reports not intuitive at all and don't work the way they should. Many technical issues take months to be addressed by technical support which is respectful but highly ineffective, and many of them still haven't been addressed at all

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's good if the above-mentioned issues are addressed

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paperless, all the way electronic

What do you dislike most about this product?

The implementation process was stressful as there were things that did not carry over and I had no idea.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure what they copy over into their software is everything you need to be copied over.

Very user friendly for staff and management. The time and attendance tracking feature has been a great tool.
