Nintex shortens the time needed for each procedure by automating it. Now we work faster, use less paper and don't need to constantly be in contact with each department to make sure everything is going according to plan. We use it to streamline processes that must be controlled by numerous departments. Staff prefer it more because the workflow is very dynamic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nintex is easy to use and has a logical flow. The structure of your form helps ensure that the required data is submitted correctly and validates that the correct option has been made. Automation eliminates the need for human data entry and processing and closes communication gaps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Continuous debugging within a loop becomes more difficult as workflows become larger. Document production can be costly.

Nintex Process Platform can be used to link together different systems or complex automated processes. This kills RPA. Our staff didn't miss any of the workflows because it's visually appealing and easy to use. Creating online forms and processes to distribute information to numerous people in multiple locations is another great use of Nintex. As always you will find it faster and easier, I recommend it.
