What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Functionality wise it has a lot of room for integration and dynamic reporting, which served me well. next best is Sales force but MS Dynamics has its own unique USP when it comes to the level of MS integrations that are customizable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead management and reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Spent a lot of time inputting data on the platform. not that unusual for nay CRM but i'd love this to be further streamlined

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its one of the best in the market, go for it if you can afford it

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales is easy to use and configure, it is flexible, extensible and adapts very well to the needs of sales, has advanced capabilities that help improve sales processes, integrates very well with Microsoft Dynamics 365 which facilitates its use from Outlook and Teams, it is also compatible with Marketo Engage, has excellent collaboration tools, which facilitates increased productivity, efficiency and capacity of sellers as it allows to optimize customer experiences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It creates more sales opportunities and translates into more revenue. - Allows automation of processes and tasks that guarantee short sales closing times. - Allows the exchange of information with Microsoft and third party tools such as Marketo and facebook among others. - Its CRM capabilities. - Provides real-time information. - Its customer service is of quality. - Its cost is reasonable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On some occasions we have had connection problems when running the synchronization with outlook but in reality this tool works very well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company requires a good CRM strategy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for sales is the most suitable, as it provides many tools to enhance sales and marketing, it adapts easily to any environment and scenario, it is scalable and also allows you to create closer relationships with customers ensuring unique, pleasant and personalized experiences that lead to a productive future of your company, I recommend it.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

It can be integrated with SharePoint and Docusign and the power of integration ensures all files can be displayed and accessed through a single Dynamics 365 Sales record, simplifying the customer and vendor contact and contract management processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows me to integrate with SharePoint which enables me to save all files and documents into a central location. It can be utilized to communicate effectively with both customers and vendors using MS Team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I'm enjoying this product I have not yet find any downside.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very professional tool worth the value.
