What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?
There is nothing really that makes a difference, except the negative ones. It has one redeeming quality: it plays nice with your other MS products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have none except working with other MS products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
IT was hard to set up, had lots of glitches, and support was dismal at best.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest you look elsewhere for what you are looking for.
