What differentiates Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps from other similar products?

Seamless integration and Customisation with other Microsoft security platforms like AZURE , Purview DLP and Defender for Endpoint without needing any additional API, it provides an all-round visibility for threat detection, DLP and Shadow IT apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's user and File investigation capabilities which offers various filters which helps in narrowing down the investigation logs also the seamless integration with Defender for Endpoint which helps it blocking the unsanctioned cloud apps in organisation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support for from Microsoft is bit disappointing also for few third party product integration could be bit costly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When considering this product make sure to leverage the tool’s comprehensive features, such as app discovery and policy configuration, to gain visibility and control over cloud usage and for implement the solution gradually, starting with a pilot phase to address any challenges early.
