I dislike the lack of advanced reporting tools and offline capabilities in the mobile app, which limits flexibility in certain scenarios.

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

Jobber is best of all as it provides flexible pricing structure for subscription which enables different businesses to work as per their requirement. Also, integration is seamless and improved CRM functionalities helps users to great extent unlike other alternatives. the UI interface is easy to access and use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly interface which is easy to use and navigate in the best possible manner. Daily operational processes are smoothened and streamlined to its best. Scheduling meetings, managing multiple clients and invoicing in efficient manner. Improved customer interactions is the best aspect

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

I've only used Jobber for a small business platform, and I think it would benefit anyone looking to either run their own business with a crew, whether it's technicians or landscapers. GPS monitoring is a great option on this platform as well as invoicing!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As someone who worked in the Human Resources and Customer Service Department, I truly enjoyed setting appointments. Once your team is added into the system, you can easily select their individual(s) who is responsible to go to the job site for work. Once it's completed, they can add their own personal notes into the app for reference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, I don't recall every experiencing anything disappointing regarding Jobber. The Customer Service was great and responsive to answering any of your questions or addressing concerns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd make sure to research how others feel about Jobber before financially investing in the software and app. YouTube also has some great videos and tutorials that may be useful to a business who is in need of support for their team,
