What differentiates InformaCast from other similar products?

Ease of use and training videos are top notch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The 911 and emegency, on campus alerting for Code Red or other events.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of a better mobile application and that it takes a couple steps to login from the web interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that the current phones in your environment are compatible with the features you are wanting to use with InformaCast. We had old phones that did not allow descriptions to be placed in notifications (emails and text messages). We had to upgrade all of our existing phones to become compatible, but it was worth it.
