What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?

I was part of the search for a vendor, and Highspot is where we landed with for a sales collateral management platform. It has been the best decision. It quickly went from an Americas based solution to implemented globally. It was so smooth. Highspot continues to improve the platform & product; they are awesome partners. I don't know how we would have managed content (that was constantly changing) during these challenging times -- Highspot was a sanity saver. One difference maker for our organization -- Highspot will accept content from a variety of sources (SharePoint, Teams, DropBox, GoogleDocs, etc). no worries, Highspot will work

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use, easy to train new users and it's easy to manage. The end user knows if they are finding it in Highspot, it's up to date and accurate. It's easy for me as the manager of the platform to manage content from multiple departments. Having Highspot has created a greater level of confidence in our materials so that sales people don't waste time creating something is is available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish I could see what other people do/have done to get more ideas. I don't want to rest on our laurels and get stale.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be patient with the process, you may need to develop new/different document management practices (that's ok!). Partnership with the different content creators will be important, so make sure they are part of your team or are partners in the processes. Don't worry if it seems slow at first, once you get the closet of content in order some - you'll have a great foundation once Highspot is launched.

What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?

The ability to quickly share content internally, as well as externally with partners. The ability to clone, remix and leverage assets within HS is great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing content and creating "spots" with partners/clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to auto-update clients spots with newer collateral created internally, and having to go manually update each spot at times can be a time suck.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your diligence on the solution, but if you are any sort of sales org that benefits from content sharing, this is an empowering solution.
