been able to transfer large data files like extract with Stakeholder/vendors/clients.

Large Files makes it slow but eventually works so might want to work on the load aspect of it

Training and cost is a something they need to looks into. The product can be intimidating when reading through the architecture documents. There are limitations in the filesystem types available as our organization continues to migrate to a cloud-first model.
