The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

It is super user friendly and adapts we’ll with many other functions we use
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Probably how easy it is to manage employee time off requests, downloading vacation accruals, etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing comes to mind
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would let them know how user friendly it is, and how to play around in the system because that’s how I self-taught and discovered a lot of really neat features

What differentiates Employment Hero from other similar products?
They're an all-in one platform with a Canadian focus. Excellent service. Constantly evolving and advancing product offerings. They're awesome!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really appreciate the support team. But honestly, even just their time off management makes me very happy. Payroll admin is super easy. It's tough to pick a favourite!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no opportunities for supporting US employees unfortunately.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you know you're going to stay in Canada for now and in the future, I cannot recommend Humi highly enough. If you've got international employees, it may not be the best fit long-term.

What differentiates Employment Hero from other similar products?
Humi provides simple to understand payroll and compensation management options that are intuitive for both management and staff.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Recording time off and marking down my time is extremely easy to do. Moreover, the profile/job overview gives me a good glimpse into where I have come from in my current role, and what my trajectory looks like.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The load times for the Paystub tab can be quite cumbersome most of the time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Humi is a superb option for those looking to have most (if not all) of their HR ducks in a single basket.
