The power of the business process management workflows, low code development, excellent training and support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The BPM workflows and low code development allowed us to tailor the system to work the way that we work, rather than trying to fit into an existing business model.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too much flexibility and power sometimes makes it hard to stay on course when implementing the solution!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would whole-heartedly recommend this product. There is a wealth of training material, constant development, the ability to take independent control of the project with Creatio and their business partners providing consistent and seamless support.
