Confluence is easy to use and maintain in the cloud or server app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Jira integration, the dashboard and add-ons you cant get.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Comment management in Confluence has missing features like no list of comment or in page-edit mode there is no comment list.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Confluence is free to use for up to ten users, check it out to see if it is a good fit for your team

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate how simple it is for everyone to contribute. Whether it's documenting requirements or sharing meeting notes, the collaboration feels natural, and version history gives confidence that nothing important gets lost.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As documentation grows, finding information can become challenging if pages aren't organized consistently. Some formatting and page customization options could also be more flexible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create a clear folder and page structure from the beginning and encourage everyone to follow the same documentation standards. Keeping content organized from day one makes the platform far more useful as your projects and teams expand.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
I really appreciate how easy to create, organize and share documents in a collaborative way. I use pages and spaces to design and organize docs, I also love it because it integrates with Jira .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is i can access documents from anywhere since Confluence runs on a browser.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Formatting is limited compared to document editors like Microsoft Words, it would be great if Confluence improve formatting in next update.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Standardize page titles, project names and folders so that documents are easy to search and to find.
