What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

I dont have any other similar kind of tool experience ..prior to confluence i used to maintain knowledge repository in MS Word Documents

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Knowledge repository, workspaces..integration of Daily tools like Draw.io

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing as such i dislike..but some CI/CD integration should be add.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

add-CI/CD integrations..add role wise features like Data Role..Developer Role

At times, the interface feels a bit heavy, and navigating large spaces can be overwhelming—I’d love to see a cleaner, more intuitive experience

Take the time to set up clear structures and guidelines from the start—once organized, Confluence becomes an incredibly powerful single source of truth for your team.
