What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With ClickUp, the Kanban boards remain versatile and customizable in their approach. Some features can be customized by users according to the columns and cards targeting different stages from idea to approval. This functionality of ClickUp in terms of having an aesthetic portrayal of a Kanban board leads to effective management of work in progress limits and boosted productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
ClickUp is a powerful tool with a rich set of features available for the organization-oriented management of tasks, but here some available integrations could be considered more detailed, for example, developing in-app integrations with design software that would allow users to work with design files in real time with no need to switch between applications and manage versions manually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Kanban boards featured in ClickUp are particularly useful for group work in complex design processes. This is made possible by the drag-and-drop option that makes it easy to change the status of a particular task, communicating the progress of the project to other members. It has also improved the process of communicating with the other people outside the design team, since they can easily comprehend what we are doing.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
I think ClickUp is one of the more customisable project management tools I've ever seen so far. Teammembers can organize tasks in several ways and have all documentation, reports and the tracking of tasks in the same workspace.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Flexibility is its strength. The ability to toggle between views (Lists, Board, Gantt, Calendar) gives me great ways to see the project status as it relevant for the audience at the moment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's so much functionality, it's quite daunting when you first get started. You'll need a period of trial and error to get set up in a way that makes sense for the team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Begin with basic tasks, and gradually incorporate some of your automation functionality, which should make the transition to managing your tasks more flexible, as your team grows and begins to understand the functions of your new platform.
