What differentiates ALICE Receptionist from other similar products?
I appreciate how it's basically set out like a basic calendar, making it simple to look and work with on a daily basis. I like how it mentions which user created the ticket/task—that makes it simple to address questions to the appropriate person. Working in a hotel means that things run around the clock, so there are constantly numerous hands in the pot. It's useful to know who worked on what. I also enjoy how tickets may be assigned to individual users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In work, Alice is like a best friend! She's a formidable workhorse. My job became easier from the start, thanks to user-friendly settings, a well-thought-out dashboard, and eye-catching warnings. Never miss a message again by communicating with customers using the Alice platform. It's powerful and smooth. The message is delivered quickly and consistently. I appreciate Alice for communicating guest requests to cleaning, f&b, or even management without having to worry about messages not being delivered. It's quite effective. We're lucky to have Alice on board!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Additional tabs for irrelevant data. It's unnecessary, and there's no way to get rid of it. There are no tabs for information that is required, forcing you to put everything in the notes area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Guest problem response has never been easier. One can communicate with the appropriate department with breakneck speed! Quick resolutions astound our guests.
