My favourite aspect of Adobe Marketo Engage is its intuitive interface, which makes creating and managing email campaigns a breeze. The platform's drag-and-drop editor makes it extremely easy to customize emails with images, videos, and other multimedia elements. Additionally, the built-in automation functions allow me to quickly schedule automated emails for maximum engagement. I also appreciate that I can track the performance of my campaigns in real time, providing me with valuable insights about customer engagement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall, it gives our marketing team choices for routing leads through the enrollment funnel, but I wouldn't suggest it to a team without much technical expertise. Working directly with your CSM when a case is presented allows for a speedier resolution.

Marketing automation allows you to optimize, automate and measure marketing tasks and workflows so you can increase operational efficiency and grow revenue faster. It's easy to get started with Marketo Engage and it will evolve with you. You can learn everything if you want, or just use the pieces that fit your needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is being used throughout our Marketing department. Addresses the need to automate sales and marketing tasks on a daily basis. Mass email blasts for every event, webinar and sales promotions are done through Marketo. It is really convenient to use and is very efficient when it comes to automating manual tasks such as mass email blasts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue we have with Adobe Marketo Engage is that it can get a bit slow when editing emails. We have spoken to relevant people to resolve the issues. Steep comprehension curve, it takes real effort to study and understand the features to get the most out of them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adobe Marketo Engage is great for supporting nurturing campaigns. I love how integrated the program is among all the applications we use. It makes multi-channel marketing seamless. It is used as a marketing automation platform and a centralized tool for most of our marketing activities.
