To meet changing constituent expectations, it’s imperative that local governments ensure they are fully incorporating the right channels into their engagement strategies. While many organizations have made progress in developing cohesive strategies to improve constituent engagement, many local governments are still falling short in fully leveraging newer customer interaction channels such as social media or text-based messaging services.
