- Identify business capabilities, decisions, and workflows where spatial context can materially improve outcomes.
- Map the technical capabilities and external dependencies required to support each use case.
- Translate validated gaps into solution-neutral requirements, executable initiatives, and a sequenced roadmap.
The storyboard helps business, GIS, data, architecture, and operational leaders align investment to defined decision needs rather than building capabilities from the platform upward. It includes reference architectures, contribution-statement guidance, technical capability profiles, industry examples, and workshop activities.
