What differentiates Zoom Rooms from other similar products?
Zoom Spaces lets us preview and socialize upcoming initiatives in new ways. But Zoom Spaces is more than just digital signage. Stakeholders can join and navigate these experiences with me. I can add videos, product demos, campaign mood boards, and more to create richly contextual virtual display environments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can highlight, annotate, and guide walkthroughs, all while getting feedback. As workspaces get more annotations and insights, flexible permissions could be useful. For example, I could give certain partners more access to the platform. The experience is perfect for our audiences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Static presentations often fail to spark engagement, but with Zoom Spaces, I've been able to combine all promotional and launch assets into digital showcases. Stakeholders don't just see a preview. I immerse them in a showcase that fully illuminates our vision and plans.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As marketers, we create stories about our initiatives. But these great ideas didn't work well in presentations. With Zoom Spaces, I can now show my stakeholders what I've created in a way that's more engaging and realistic. The strategy takes effect right away, uniting our entire marketing team and getting them to work together.
