What differentiates Zoho Projects from other similar products?
ZOHO gives a good client dashboard which is missing in other interfaces like notion and slack. Plus, I am able to track my project timelines in a better manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Modifying an existing template and using it for other projects. In notion, I feel this is a bit complex considering the buttons they have provided.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Collaboration and integration with ZOHO Desk. So we need a base level integration where we could monitor our team's productivity from their ticketing flow and the time they took to work on it and then close it, but for some reason, the sync issue was there and it kept giving internal errors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, it is cheaper and better in terms of the UI. If your want to run an independent project where you need to engage minimal other tools and software, then this is the best. But, in case you want to integrate with other apps and softwares, then please check if there is an innate integration already present in place.
