ZohoProjects offers a comprehensive set of capabilities that enables you to develop projects with efficiency and versatility. It helps to substantially improve collaborative work, offers high-quality tools to manage projects smoothly, and ensures a dynamic workflow. It has the ability to adapt very well to our requirements by creating custom designs for tasks and projects. ZohoProjects can be used anytime, anywhere with the iOS and Android apps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a nice user interface, which offers a minimal learning curve. Gantt charts allow optimal monitoring of task scheduling. It provides a good record of time with timesheets worked, which allow better control of work based on time. As well as integrating seamlessly with other Zoho applications, it can also be effectively integrated with useful applications from Google and Microsoft.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile version may include more features to take better advantage of it, and the support team needs to be faster and more efficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform provides features for project management that are well suited to the needs of each company. It is a very complete tool for monitoring tasks and projects. I recommend its implementation.

It provides a set of tools that make it easy to organize projects, monitor progress, and quickly correct any changes to projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has an easy to use user interface. Gantt charts provide timely information on project progress. The chat room is effective, to publish information about the organization. It is extremely useful that all conversations, requests and shared files are stored on the platform. You have all the information you need to get the most out of this application, especially the information to integrate ZohoProjects with Zapier and Slack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need the internet bandwidth to be large, so that the execution of the platform is not slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The initial setup is remarkably quick, the use of the toolkit is very simple, and projects run in an organized and optimal way. I recommend it.

It is easy to use, it has an excellent interface. It can be easily scaled across many groups and users when required. Create a task, assign it a category, set deadlines, share it with my teammates. All conversations, requirements and shared files are stored on the platform. This material serves as an endorsement to guarantee agreements, requests and deliveries. It facilitates the monitoring of the work of each professional, something very significant for the internal management of projects.

It is a very excellent program for planning projects in an organization, although the configuration of the control panel is a bit cumbersome.
