What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Here we can make a interaction with the customers and yes that is the most lovely feature . Because most of the customers wants to discuss things handy in chats and that can be done, also we have generated many leads by doing the same.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So the overall experience is good as we have used this tool for many lead generations.
