What differentiates Xeeva Sourcing from other similar products?

In my experience and maybe based on how I used the solution at a couple of different clients, their category management expertise and support are beyond what other vendors typically offer, which I think makes their value proposition better at the end of the day

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works as advertised and is fairly intuitive to use, while their people are really good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times, leadership in India were difficult to work with

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No different than considering any software solution: Have a clear understanding of what you're trying to achieve and make sure the solution works the way you want it. Historically they can customize things (and software sales teams are typically pretty willing to blur the lines of what's "standard" vs. possible) and I think that's a root cause of implementation challenges and Time to Value.
