What differentiates Xactly Incent from other similar products?
Xactly Incent enabled us to create our company’s custom sales compensation plan. We were able to tailor the plan specifically to our needs and make sure that it was fair and balanced for all involved parties.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The software is user-friendly and easy to understand. There is no need for manual data entry, which can lead to errors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Xactly Incent currently has a limited amount of permission separation, which could be an issue for some companies.

What differentiates Xactly Incent from other similar products?
Xactly Incent keep our reps focused on more than one measure. It dissuades reps from ignoring certain factors that are important to business success, linking rep behavior with business strategy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Tiered commissions ensure our rockstars are getting motivated beyond quota attainment and getting paid a higher percentage for those deals, so they continue performing after even they hit their quota.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Amount per commission pays a fixed amount on every single deal. It doesn’t matter how large the client is, how big the deal is, the rep is going to get paid the same amount. However, I like this plan because it is incredibly effective for new product launches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ise of Xactly Incent means sales reps go about chasing standard deals and closing them, but also bringing in one more deal to get their year-to-date bonus as well.
