It's a well-known name and is been in the market for almost 3 decades now. One of the oldest meeting tools. Thus it really has a legacy that has no match.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The local recording feature is really handy. Helps to easily record any meeting and store it locally with just the click of a button. Really good feature for Knowledge Transfers or any small to big meetings. The meeting interface is a lot more mature, thanks to its decades of innovation. Have a good chat interface to converse between the participants of the meeting, which also can be easily saved for future reference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No easy-to-access option to initiate a direct one-to-one video or audio call with colleagues. Thus making it difficult to quickly reach out to a single person. Have to go through the hassle of joining the meeting via meeting ID. Also, there is no option to just chat without any meeting.

It's a well-known name and pioneer in the segment, go for it without a second thought.
