What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
When we work with Cisco Support for any troubleshooting for Cisco products, we usually use Cisco Webex which gets the job done in terms of video conferencing with Cisco Support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cisco Webex mobile application is easy to use and works well with mobile native browser.
What do you dislike most about this product?
During Cisco Webex calls with the Cisco Support team, if i want to share information, there is a limitation to chat characters; I cannot send logs of the system that I am working on. I have to save it in a text file and then share it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are using any kind of Cisco products in your infrastructure or business, then you might as well consider this option for video conferencing use case.
