What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Webex meetings is distinguished in their remote support, which helps us to minimise our reliance on TeamViewer. Microsoft Teams is no longer required because Webex meetings include chat and file sharing. With meetings and all of the other features, Zoom is no longer necessary. We can't claim we've ceased utilising these products, but Webex meetings have made it easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Webex Meetings' portability and cross-platform webinar capability are two of my favourite features. You may also use your phone or a web browser to attend, host, and organise meetings. They offer all of the capabilities included in the Windows downloaded programme, allowing you to connect with your contacts from anywhere and at any time. As the name implies, you can also send instant messages to anybody. Webex Meetings enables fast file transfers over the cloud. The files you transfer and receive are automatically scanned for harmful threats before they are downloaded by the intended recipient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main thing that I dislike about Webex meetings is that in the Mobile version, you may not be able to access all of the capabilities, which is something that needs to be addressed. Another thing is that, unlike other meeting softwares available, the cost is a key disadvantage that may not fit into the budget of small businesses that would rather use free alternatives that give almost the same functionality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hosting webinars using Webex meetings is a great option. Webex meetings is extremely dependable for meetings, conferencing as well as screen sharing. The main reason is that Cisco's Webex meetings have very good security policies. We've been using it a lot with clients and for remotely resolving tickets and issues when we require full access to remote endpoints, and it's been great.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
Overall, Cisco Webex Meetings is a brilliant tool for video and audio conferencing. Its video and audio quality is always amazing. It allows us to schedule meetings online, share screens and send messages instantly. I like the fact that Cisco Webex Meetings is simple and easy to implement and set up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My experience with Cisco Webex Meetings has always been amazing since it has helped us to collaborate with our international and local customers. It is one of the best tools for conferencing i have ever encountered. The customer support team is readily available to help you when you need them most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cisco Webex Meetings is a powerful and simple to use tool for video and audio conferencing. I don't have anything to mention as a dislike about it.

Cisco Webex Meetings is a must use software since it supports great features that enable you to have a smooth and effective communication. I recommend it.
