What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

The differentiator was the WebEx was one of the first solutions for online video conference meetings. They didn't have much to go by in terms of infrastructure, but they built a solution that were used heavily if folks didn't want to travel to go to a customer's office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The meetings/calls almost always were good quality. There have been less hiccups when compared to other video meeting solutions. WebEx was one of the first to get this aspect right.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its age is showing. Being the first solution is good as a pioneer, unfortunately, the old guard has been overtaken by the younger, more nimble video conferencing solutions. While Cisco has the financial support, they did not have the talent nor the willingness to invest and improve upon its current offerings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask for advice from similar companies, peers, and customers, and see how they would want to communicate with you. Not sure how many of them will say "WebEx", but if they do, then by all means implement a system that most of your daily meetings will be conducted in. You may find that many of these companies have already switched to other conference platforms.

Unlike other products, Cisco has significant features, such as an office application for entering meetings and the cloud.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of Webex was a point of inflexibility for us, but I now consider it one of the best tools I’ve ever used. Many competitors have grown significantly and have offered new features that I believe CISCO Webex should incorporate during the COVID conference, but I am generally satisfied.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We’ve had a lot of fun with this product because it’s quite easy and comfortable to use, which means it’s also great for making connections to meetings from your phone or your office team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is something we can recommend to everyone who wants to improve their communication with potential clients.

Cisco Webex Meetings is a lightweight and straightforward solution that makes communication simple and easy. It supports great and powerful features that allow you to have a smooth and awesome communication. I like the ability to keep in touch with my clients, coworkers and friends. It has a responsive customer support team behind it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Cisco Webex Meetings because it is a brilliant and amazing platform for Business and personal communications. It allows us to schedule meetings online, share screens and send messages instantly. It is a very secure and safe tool since it provides high security for your data. The video and audio quality is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not yet discovered any challenge while using Cisco Webex Meetings. It is a recommendable tool for communication.

Cisco Webex Meetings is a brilliant and recommendable application for video and audio conferencing, sending messages and screen sharing. I recommend it.
