Webex is a user-friendly tool that has enabled us to communicate across the world effectively. It has powerful features like the whiteboard, audio, and video control.HD video and audio, screen sharing, and many more. It is also easy to use and the pricing is affordable. It allows the making and receiving of calls from any device of your choice. It also can hold up to 100 participants in one meeting making it an excellent video conference tool. Joining meetings with Webex is just by the click of a button and provides the freedom to choose how to connect your audio either via VOIP or dial-in.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webex has allowed us to connect with other colleagues and clients across the world easily. The high-quality audio and video it offers have enabled us to exchange information clearly during meetings. Customer support is excellent. Another great thing is the array of features it offers like screen sharing that enables us to solve IT issues on the go. We also have had a large group video conference with Webex and the experience is great. No lagging or freezing of the application and we even had more clients switch to using Webex. The ease of use even for non-technical users is amazing. It does top-up in the area of video conference softwares.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It saved us time and resources since there was little contact there was also a decrease in the COVID -19 cases. I have nothing i dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a huge win for our organization since we are able to connect easily with teams and clients through face-to-face meetings. We have been able to do so many things with Webex like making presentations, sales demos, teams meetings, and client or teams discussion. The rich features and the robust security it offers are incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try and see your communication improve across the whole of your organization.

The tool is super competent, for my part there is nothing I want to add to it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Never before has meeting with coworkers been so easy, Cisco Webex facilitates the time of conferences, since they do not precisely have to meet physically, if not making video conferences from wherever you are, thus facilitating your time zone, saving for travel expenses, passages and time. By connecting all at the same time, using the option of shared use of the screen, so everyone can be aware of what is presented in the meeting in real time. In addition to providing several options to stay connected like the rest of the team, such as instant messaging, individual and group, during and after the meeting ends.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since I have been using Cisco Webex, my meetings have been much easier, there is nothing I dislike about the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco Webex offers high-quality options for your videoconferences, it comes included in it; high-definition videos and audios, where you can connect to a computer, or the meeting itself connects directly. With a total of 1000 attendees, it has controls for meetings, including; control bar and functions for meetings with easy access, blurred backgrounds, virtual, individual sales, allows you to record and transcribe the meetings, either locally or in the cloud storage. Meetings can be planned without complexity, adding them to the calendar for when the day arrives, enter through google or microsoft, with your private and protected data.

Cisco Webex Meetings is our best and favorite application for webinars. It has a very nice and cool video and audio quality which makes it suitable for video and audio conferencing. I like the ability to chat face to face with my clients regardless of where they are. It has a very nice and intuitive dashboard that makes it easy to use even for new beginners.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use Cisco Webex Meetings to communicate with my customers, friends and colleagues and it has been of great help to me and my organization. It is the safest and easiest solution i have ever encountered since it has a clean UI that makes it easy to learn. I like the ability to schedule meetings online, share screens and send messages instantly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when the internet connection is slow, you may experience some delays especially when sharing large files or scheduling meetings online. Apart from this nothing else to mention as a dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To all prospective customers out there, i urge them to consider Cisco Webex Meetings since it is a great and reliable solution for webinars and it has a very nice and satisfying video and audio quality.
