What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

We use Webex Meeting for my office meetings as well as with our clients since I can always hear correctly and all stakeholders. Webex Meeting improves communication with the client for business meetings, providing training to clients, and providing support to the client. With client promises, we attain the highest level of satisfaction. I really enjoy the security features, and I feel at ease discussing critical material at every meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First and foremost, I enjoy the Webex Meetings UI; it's green and simple to use, and it's far superior to other meeting software I've used in the past. I enjoy that I can use Webex Meetings both on the web and on my smartphone, allowing me to attend any meeting from anywhere. When your workplace does not allow remote tools like TeamViewer, Webex is the most convenient option to plan meetings, especially with customers to troubleshoot difficulties. Internal talks benefit greatly from the Webex chat functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Until now, I have never had a problem with Webex, with the exception of a few connectivity difficulties that occur seldom and occasionally take some time to enter the meeting. However, it is not a major issue in my opinion; perhaps some people are experiencing this difficulty due to network or internet issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex is an excellent choice for companies searching for online meetings and conferences. I will always enthusiastically refer Webex Meetings to my whole office employees, as well as my friends and colleagues.

All video conference sessions have a high-bandwidth transmission with virtually no network to cause video interruptions. Meeting atteendes have the option to connect through VoIP and use headsets or built-in computer or mobile device microphones for audio-only participation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only the host of the Webex conference can set sharing permissions for documents and unless this level of control is reassigned to participants then they cannot be able to set such sharing permissions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are many intagibles to look at as part of making a decision, but my experience shows that Webex Meetings is the best choice because of the user-friendly meeting management and conferencing features
