What differentiates Verloop.io from other similar products?

It is easy for everyone. If I can learn and use it in a small time, it can be used by anyone. I am from non-tech background and I find it easy to use. I got used to the product within a short span of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy for the user to interact. Not just a bot but real people can interact with the users making the conversation closer to reality and solve the problems better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There were some technical challenges for me as I believe I don't know much of technicalities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think of training someone who is not from technical background. Think of value for money and think of how it will make your business process smooth and user friendly. You will get to chat with your customer base in real time and suggest them solutions. This will increase your credibility in the industry.

Does not have an anonymous mode for agents! which leads to clients pointing out mistakes of individual employees.
