What differentiates Verloop.io from other similar products?
Natural language processing, ease of customization and the ability to handle both live human support and bot support and builds logic and conditionals to switch between the two. I also like that it integrates with Slack which is very useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability for the bot to switch to human support and notify on Slack. This way I never miss any customer request.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I cannot delete old conversations that I used for test which clutters my dashboard and alters my stats. I would like to be able to delete non relevant conversations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Verloop.io from other similar products?
Easier to use SAAS products to create chat for capturing leads. Verloop has really aided me in improving my clients' experience by responding to their inquiries as quickly as possible, and this has resulted in a significant increase in the business's conversion rate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Verloop handles the chats without a hitch. Verloop is the best chatbot because the chats are completely interactive and conversational. Verloop is not like a typical chatbot, where the responses appear too robotic; there is some human in Verloop, and the 14-day FREE-TRIAL option with no credit card details required makes it even more appealing to me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like to see more metrics within the platform that will allow us to better judge performance. For the time being, there are few analytics available; however, more quantifiers can be introduced, and this will truly help Verloop in making business decisions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent tool for any company or individual who wishes to automate repetitive tasks in order to reduce monotony. Aside from that, it is a must for businesses because it allows them to focus on other important tasks while the bot handles the rest.
