What differentiates Verloop.io from other similar products?

Service is the key for Verloop.io. If any new feature has been told to Verloop team to implement they upfrontly accepts that they dont have that feature and they will start developing that in their software. So customizing their software as per customers need to give best service & solution to problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chatbot recipe is really a good UI option and easy to maintain. As layman also can easily set this up once explained well. So really easy to set & use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you compare this product so you can say as an standard chatbot practise they have 95% features what other same softwares has. Verloop will have to compete with chatbots who actually got designed for that domains only. So competing with such domain specific chatbots softwares sometimes will be challenge i feel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is an time saver once you set your chatbot recipe. Someone will not even look into the backend dashboard even for months because all things works well leads getting in in automated email, Chatbot is replying to queries on its own without human interference. If you want to do lead generation on your site please go ahead with this. And Verloop team welcome suggestions and works on it which is really important thing for your business.
