What differentiates Userpilot from other similar products?
I do not have to ask my devs to add a new tracking tag, so I am autonomous.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Guidance tools for users are really simple to understand and implement
What do you dislike most about this product?
User sessions replay was announced lately but as an add-on and too simple at the moment

Cheap in comparison to rivals and simple to set up for Segment users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Amazingly, your application allows for the creation of flows that can use media such as photos, gifs, and films to assist users. To keep our client engaged with the system, it would be great if there were checklists to remind them of what needs to be done. In addition to the wonderful ability to do NPS within our own system, the potential of tracking events aids in the study of product data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my experience, when flows are tested and published, they sometimes experience issues with losing the page element when run in the Google browser.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a platform that can guide you through the system and keep you informed about notices, issues, and product news, I highly recommend userpilot. It is more efficient and cost-effective to use a single platform for user guidance, communication, and measurement rather than a variety of tools.
