What differentiates TeamDynamix Sassafras from other similar products?

Perfect mix of desktop tools, web integration and evolution over the years has made a good product even better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Outstanding support. The support over the years really shows the value of a small company with good quality support staff rather than a larger one where you are just a number and not a client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need some of the reporting to be more customizable for higher education and not so business focused.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a free demo. Start out small, a 30 person seat licenses and set it up for yourself. Do inventory and build dashboards. It will change your world and you will never be the same.
