Continuous improvement plays a vital role in regular assessment of process and service outcomes.KPI helps in monitoring the performance and identify improvement areas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is problem solving skills which helps me in analysing the situation and resolve the issues effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of implementing is a concern especially for the small organisations. The complexity is also bit overwhelming for change.

The only thing I have a dislike of is the fact that users are unable

Implementation could be a lengthy process, but technical assistance will be provided from the very start. Shouldn't feel alone on this at all.
