What differentiates Swimlane from other similar products?

Swimlane supports security, IT, vulnerability management and compliance use cases in one platform. It is low-code security automation means you can build workflows and playbooks without heavy coding. Its seamless and advanced integrations with SIEMs, EDR tools, cloud platforms etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its great integration ecosystem with common security tools. Easy to customise for different team needs. Playbook builder is visual which makes it easier to understand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Higher pricing structure. Complex setup and user interface. Not all integrations are seamless, some needs manual configuration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your security or IT team deals with high volumes of alerts, repetitive processes, or complex response workflows, Swimlane would be a go-to choice. It is useful for organisations wanting to automate and standardise incident response across multiple tools.
