What differentiates SpamTitan from other similar products?

Support is always fast to resolve issues. When this product is down it impacts all of my customers and my company. We have experienced one issue in 3+ years. That issue was resolved in under 30 minutes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer ability to manage their emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No mobile app to manage email.

regex blocking

license control. we should be able to put the only emails existing on our domain, to control the cost and storage on the mail server.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for solution with your spam issues, this one is worth a try.
