What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
I don't think Sendinblue has a good differentiator. But hope they will improve it in the future.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They are very strict about the contacts we upload. They manually ensure we upload only "double-opt-in" contacts. So delivery rate should be quite high
What do you dislike most about this product?
1) not very intuitive 2) very limited functionalities 3) we have to prove all the contacts we uploaded are double-opted to the support team. Turn around team is usually high
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get this only if you are very tight on budget or have a small customer base. There are plenty of better alternatives.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
SendinBlue is an integrated solution that allows you to continue your marketing campaigns in two ways - Traditional Email and SMS. Thus, you can collect email ids and mobile numbers from your users/readers, thus getting the most suitable marketing mix. Communication with your customers, sending newsletters and confirmation emails etc. You can use the marketing e-mail section for; whereas SMS will be very helpful in sending some confidential data like promotional SMS or One Time Password. So the blending of SMS with traditional email on SendinBlue makes sense enough.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can create a link between your blog or site and SendinBlue account using the integration features offered by SendinBlue. By doing this, you can almost automate the process. For example, if you embed a subscription form from SendinBlue on your site, anyone who subscribes to your blog will automatically be added to their SendinBlue account contacts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In a marketing campaign, it is inevitable to monitor your emails and SMS in a way that can optimize your marketing strategy to get maximum conversions. If you're using SendinBlue, keeping track of your marketing is an easy task. The best part about SendinBlue is that it offers real-time tracking for every mail or SMS you send through the platform. Several features help marketers analyze their email marketing efforts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In simple words, SendinBlue is an internet service that lets you send hundreds/thousands of emails with one click, instead of sending each email one at a time. Let's say your blog has a large number of subscribers and you want to offer them some kind of freebies or giveaways; In such cases, you can use the mailing list to send a mail of everything you want to share.
