What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?
Email marketing automation is an area where Sendgrid really does excel. We've taken advantage of Sendgrids advanced automation features to customize our marketing campaigns , allowing for the creation of customized experiences, narrative storytelling, and automated engagement at a scale that is both relevant and efficient. Automating routine or repetitive tasks within our marketing campaign , frees up time to focus on more strategic initiatives, while still delivering targeted and meaningful engagement to customers through email.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sendgrid gives my team the right level of email statistical data. Having access to this real time data provided us by Sendgrid, gives a complete understanding of our audience's experience by obtaining insights into both marketing and transactional emails. This provides a full, 360-degree view of how our customers are interacting with marketing content we send to them through emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While SendGrid does offer some basic design options for emails, it does not have the same level of customization and design options as we would like from our primary email marketing software solution . Another aspect of Sendgrid that I have reservations about is with the fact , that it does not provide a mobile app option for us. This is an obvious drawback as it limits our ability to manage email campaigns on the go.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take advantage of SendGrid's automation features to create personalized and targeted email campaigns at scale. This will help save time and improve engagement with customers.
