a good product for data management with a very good support. A good Web platform to exchange with other customers

customizable, reliable and user friendly

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workflow is not so easy to implement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For a middle size company it's a good data management product. I recommend to follow the first level training from Semarchy to have a good view of all the capabilities

Ability to connect multiple data sources to allow the creation of domain records.

Hard to use in a multi-developer environment.

This is a step in the process of implementing a Master Data Management program for the company. There needs to be top-down support for this. This is a longer-term project that can produce precious intelligence and decision-making capabilities.
