What is your favorite aspect of this product?
during a database performance issue, SL1 identified the root cause as a failing disk in the storage array. This automated insight reduced downtime and allowed us to focus on resolving the issue instead of hunting for clues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the platform can generate an overwhelming amount of alerts if not properly calibrated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the centralized visibility and powerful event correlation. It makes it much easier to identify issues, understand dependencies, and troubleshoot problems across the environment from a single platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main drawback is that the platform can be complex to configure and sometimes requires significant effort to customize monitoring and alerts. More intuitive workflows, simpler configuration, and stronger telecom-specific features would improve the overall experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend ScienceLogic for organizations that need centralized monitoring, strong event correlation, and visibility across complex IT environments.
