Broad and wide in terms of each feature and functionality

Mass data handling for almost everything

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile app is not good

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have an end to end demo of all modules before implementing understand the capabilities of each feature and define a solid business process then start implementing and this brings leap to success of your organisation

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

I only used SAP Success Factors, so it would be hard for me to compare it with similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a really large set of features. It allows you to manage your team efficiently, set goals for your employees and then check the progress. It also gives you possibility to review your colleagues, your manager and employees who you manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very user-friendly. Also, you might need really long time to learn the system, so if you are new to the product most probably you will struggle.Last but not least the software is slow by its nature so you might wait up to 30 seconds after you clicked on something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP Success Factors is a powerful software with a lot of features. It is a cloud based software and you can use it with both PC and mobile phone. However it is a very expensive software so if you are short on money I would really recommend you to take a look on another software.
