What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

The intuitive UI, endless customizations, availability of training, and amazing customer support. All this makes SAP SuccessFactors HCM overpowering over other softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The first-time user of the product finds it very easy to navigate and use the features without any prior training. In a just, the user-friendliness of the software is just out of the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration with other SAP software is a little tedious.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think of a bigger picture, I mean what you wish to achieve and how can smaller boxes fill the bigger ones. The tool has it all for you, just use all the features and you'll know the power of this software.

nothing when I had used it since it was more HR focused.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for HR but I was using it for payroll. we had another software for payroll
