What differentiates SAP Marketing Automation Suite from other similar products?
Marketing data management that is simple to set up and manage. Excellent analytics, ranging from simple reports to predictive ratings, may therefore achieve more than just looking nice on PowerPoint. After a brief training time, SAP Marketing Cloud enables you to carry out effective campaign management and scalable segmentation and targeting. Contact information is readily shown at both the contact and aggregate levels. MC interfaces with Commerce and Sales easily and naturally interacts with these systems. Since SAP acquired Emarsys, MC has been used to support B2B (rather than B2C) sales and marketing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Extensive user data offers information about the customer journey. Because the whole product is based on Big Data, it offers every conceivable option for gathering and evaluating data. Customer profiling is second to none. This is primarily due to the way the data is operationalized within the "Segmentation" application. This makes the data easily accessible and usable for marketers who are unfamiliar with data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Marketing Cloud has not yet realized its full potential, in my opinion. To be GDPR compliant, templates must be created outside and supplied to the cloud; to customize the program, it must return to SAP service providers; and analyzing campaigns is an art in and of itself. Using other vendors has far-reaching consequences.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SAP Marketing Cloud is designed for marketing to specific demographics. It can automate a lot of things and is the foundation of digital marketing. The tool's position will grow rather than diminish. Sales assistance in B2B marketing, lead nurturing, and campaigns To some extent, analytics as well.

What stands out most about this system from others is its ability to integrate teams of people to its platform, it is a tool that from the beginning ensures the training of users for free and on time, of quality to be able to somehow comply with current market research professional standards

Allows the analysis of campaigns from the beginning with the help of detailed reports on the response of other users in real time which helps to create more accurate campaigns and not focus on systems that will not work in the long term, since even your analysis of potential customers are a necessary factor when making decisions
