What differentiates SAP Marketing Automation Suite from other similar products?
It is outstanding how well leads are managed between SAP Marketing Cloud and other SAP systems, such C4C sales. Everything in and around LEAD was given a lot of consideration, and it truly shines. There is no arguing that Lead Management is one of the SMC's fundamental functions, as advertised by SAP. Completing SAP Sales Cloud so that it can provide a complete end-to-end lead process overall strong tool with some SAP to SAP interfaces and holes in content studio.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers us a platform via which we may obtain information in real time. This always enables us to make the greatest choices possible at any given time. Additionally, we have been able to track the progress of our campaigns, make required adjustments, and receive real-time feedback. Additionally, it offers a single view that aids in optimizing your marketing initiatives. The current insights and analytics work really well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The handling of errors when a lead fails is one area that should be improved. SAP might make this better by giving the problem codes and additional processing information more specifics. Additionally, SAP's service and support might improve in terms of event identification and priority setting. Although SAP Marketing Cloud has a lot of excellent capabilities, its partner ecosystem is still in its infancy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can choose the optimum send timings and subject lines thanks to analytics on open rates, click through, etc. Finally, since salesforce is our customer relationship management solution, integration with it is crucial. For the vast majority of our clients, this platform is the best option when comparing price and functionality.

It is also much better because SAP itself is providing the support. The real-time data processing is incredibly quick and useful for making quick decisions. The procedure of contact matching and merging is also important to highlight. A contact's golden record is created by SAP Marketing Cloud and might come from various sources. As a result, your marketing can engage actual individuals rather than just contacts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how its connectivity enables you to use many channels to do marketing chores quickly and easily. It also allows us to measure various client KPIs across various channels, which helps us learn more about them and better understand their wants and needs. Another great benefit is real-time information, and we don't have to worry about marketing data or back-and-forth data transfers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A Google Analytics connection option is available, but it requires SAP Cloud Platform Integration and conflicts with our advertising tags since it uses the campaign ID rather than a name that people can understand. Another difficulty that frequently arises is while connecting to SAP analytics. Setting permissions for email settings is problematic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When using an e-commerce platform from a different vendor, the tool is less appropriate and more challenging to integrate, while it is still doable. The tool connects effortlessly with SAP's customer experience suite. Otherwise, it's a useful piece of software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With some basic knowledge, even a non-technical person may utilize this program. At CVS Heath, we are now using this technology for cloud marketing. Every day, we send about 1000 emails, and their durability and dependability are excellent. Your trust in your capacity to reach your clients grows when analytics are readily available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Undoubtedly, this tool will also need to be improved over time, just like every other tool. The user interface (UI) appears more business-oriented, which would be friendlier and make it more inviting to beginners. I occasionally have problems with the support staff. My problems don't get fixed right away.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In the majority of our initiatives, SAP Marketing Cloud is typically used in tandem with SAP Commerce to enhance marketing efforts and increase traffic to the e-commerce site. Although they always work together, we often build it as a different project from the ecommerce project.
