What differentiates SAP Commerce Cloud from other similar products?
I have used Tableau as well, SAP Commerce Cloud talks really well with our SAP business one suite and data accuracy is at its best. Interface is quite easy plus real-time data as on mid way helps me fetch out quick reports
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dashboards/Lobbies with various widgets are the catchy aspects, I play around with the data and take screenshots for my weekly meetings
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not seen it that successful with other ERPs maybe integration is bit off. maybe database monopoly with SAP

Dont use it standalone, have it integrated with your ERP. volume of data would be needed for best usage. Have deep training

My favorite aspect for this application is it's integration with other ERPs. Hence it helps me in batch releases and overall quality related job roles

First thing that it is costly than others softwares and second thing it's customization process is so kuch time consuming. Other than this all things are well

They should seek feedback from end users for continously improvement in service level including data integrity. Also training part to be improved
