What differentiates SAMU from other similar products?

Simple design. It has fewer extra features than its competitors, but it has everything you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Highly customizable without the need for unique development. The menu system is well structured and the support team is very helpful if you get stuck.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing like that. Perhaps some extra features are missing compared to competitors, but based on my experience so far, I think these can also be implemented, they just "aren't included in the box."

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to implement an EA tool quickly, this is the best choice.
